NEXGEN Community Award
For their outstanding support of NEXGEN Community (an online forum space where clients can share feature ideas and industry best practices), and their status as top contributor, NEXGEN congratulates Belinda Folkes from the City of Gainesville Department of Water Resources. Since the launch of NEXGEN community in August of 2022, Belinda has continued to engage with NEXGEN staff and existing clients to ask questions, upvote ideas, and even reach out to others for support. NEXGEN values the commitment to engage with other clients and share best practices. Thank you for making sure our community space is active and full of discussion.
Feature NEXPERT Award
For their continued mastery of the NEXGEN system as an organization, and their numerous feature requests, NEXGEN congratulates the Sacramento Department of Water Resources. After joining the NEXGEN family, Sacramento Department of Water Resources has suggested over 30 different enhancements to NEXGEN. These enhancement ideas have helped improve the NEXGEN system as a whole and have made NEXGEN a better product. Thank you for submitting valuable ideas to our team and for helping us continue to improve the system.
NEXGEN Innovator Award
For over 13 years as a NEXGEN module adoption leader, we are proud to award the Central Marin Sanitation Agency with our inaugural Innovation Award. As one of our longest standing clients, Central Marin Sanitation Agency has worked to fully utilize the NEXGEN system. By implementing the timesheet module across their entire organization and by utilizing our advanced asset management tools, Central Marin Sanitation Agency has worked to fully implement all of NEXGEN’s asset management tools. Thank you for being a leader in the implementation of NEXGEN across your organization.
NEXGEN Innovator Award
As a client that has accomplished outstanding work in the short amount of time that they have had NEXGEN, we are proud to award Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District with our inaugural Innovation Award. From the moment Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) began their implementation, to their post-go-live status, NEORSD has continued to standardize their work flows to get the most out of their NEXGEN system. Through continued training, advanced reporting, and continued partnership with the NEXGEN team, NEORSD has been able to better meet their asset management goals. Enterprise Asset Management Award
As an organization committed to enterprise asset management, NEXGEN is proud to award the City of Livermore with our inaugural Enterprise Asset Management award. By incorporating the city’s Maintenance and Water Supply Departments as well as launching NEXGEN’s first ever personalized 311 Portal application (Livermore Connect), City of Livermore has been a leader in the full use of NEXGEN as an Enterprise Asset Management solution.
