311service is a free web portal designed to streamline how your organization manages service requests. It is designed to work as a standalone service request management system, or to fully integrate with NEXGEN Asset Management.

Now customers can go directly to your website to submit service requests. You can log in to your 311service portal to see and manage service requests, or if you use NEXGEN Asset Management, the service requests will be automatically pushed into your NEXGEN database.
